Note to self: When dealing with a bottom dysphoria induced depressive episode, do not “hunker down and try to get through the work week”. I should have reached out to my in-town friends two or three days ago. But I woke up feeling okay on Wednesday and almost good yesterday.

And the fact is now that I'm regaining sensitivity in my breasts post boob job, I get a better sustained endorphin release by cupping my tits than "dick sneezes" gave me. I just have to carry a dysphoria source with no redeeming qualities for a while longer.
