Good Morning, Angels. My girlfriend is in a consultation for minimum depth bottom surgery at roughly this moment. It’s likely her wait will be a lot shorter than mine for the PPT. She’s really sensitive to rejection, and I’m having trouble convincing her that it won’t upset me if she gets it done

I may have user errored my vacuum sealer, so I altered my turnip plans. The slices only marinated for an hour in a kosher brine before getting blanched. The boiling and shock cooling essentially reduced the turnip slices to a firm jelly. Shortly afterwards they were placed in my dehydrator.
