I may have user errored my vacuum sealer, so I altered my turnip plans. The slices only marinated for an hour in a kosher brine before getting blanched. The boiling and shock cooling essentially reduced the turnip slices to a firm jelly. Shortly afterwards they were placed in my dehydrator.

learn to take care of it, and my resurrected hair follicles have had a lot of glitches. This is one. I don’t know if there’s a technical term for it, so I’ll just call it a thick plasticky hair (TPH). It’s at least twice the usual thickness of my estrogenated hairs, and has the feel of plastic.
