No, I have two NA accounts and made the mistake of switching accounts during the log in issue. That was two months ago and still cannot log in.

I can play on my iPhone because I never logged out, and I have no issues switching accounts on the Battle.net App on my iPad or on my PC

Then it takes me to Account Overview and that is where it hangs up. There is no way to get to Hearthstone from the Account Overview screen. If I exit that screen, I am back at the Default account asking me to sign up or log in. I can’t get past this loop. I have deleted Hearthstone several times.

It is currently on the default new account version. I hit “Log In” put in PW and authentication, it returns to Log in. I repeat that process and I get a screen that says “Welcome Back!” I hit continue, it says Account Detected and I hit “Switch Accounts to continue playing”

@support.blizzard.com I have not been able to log into my Hearthstone account on iPad for over two months. It was a known issue two months ago, but hasn’t been resolved for me.
