I don't resonate with proper animals much, I'm very much a "trauma fuckt me up so bad I resonate with concepts more than anything concrete" type of person. the gazehound coming to me ina dream was like !! YES! FINALLY! A FURSONA THAT FEELS FURRY WHILE ALSO STILL FEELING ABSTRACT ENOUGH FOR ME LOL

I call the Gazehound a "hound" but it's not even really a canine. It's just a thing. Vaguely animal-shaped. Could be a lizard. a hound. a horse. a badger. a hedgehog. a worm. it simply just Is. The dream I turned into it in understood it as a "hound" in name only, a loyal companion.
