First soldier is a baffling game in its own right but capitalizing off of battle royale in the mobile space definitely made SOME sense at the time, unsure what universe "pvp arena gacha based on games from 2015" gets through however many meetings it did

It's like actually insane that square enix is still making gacha games based on the fgo mold when hoyo style and beyond has completely annihilated the space...like Im never surprised anymore by how bad square is at managing this stuff but holy moly every new gacha game blows me away

My thing about labels is I realized they're all made up when I was young because I would continuously read nonfiction books at the library and discover they were lying or had been disproven constantly...becoming fiction themselves....
