People love discoursing about the status of a mediums legitimacy by implying that another medium surely does it better, when the problems are inherent to every medium due to being made under the same material landscape and sociological conditions

I think there are countless examples of straight ships in media that make complete sense and work great and then the worst part is 98% of the het shippers in any community are quite literally mashing dolls together with 0 basis or fanfare and treating it as the logical reality
