Really they give them out at literally every single restaraunt here...and when I visited oomf a little north of LA too...must be a regional thing...it's crazy

For me my main issue was honestly just it felt like he was still stuck in the bloodborne mindset, and the borked poise (which I feel like was an essential stat in 1/2) really reflected that alongside the aggressive normal enemies
