So... one thing a lot of people on 🐦 knew me for was my weightloss/health gain journey.

At one point I was a prolific blog poster, but slowed down when I started dealing with chronic pain (my spine!), chronic illness (turned out to be celiac disease), and unfortunate accidents (my feet).

Some people might be on the phones or amplifying the message.

For some others their role is voting.

It takes a village.

I think if someone doesnt want to join a #NoKings protest (for whatever reason), it should be a day of community service or community engagement.

I get that not all people feel safe to attend. And that is okay.
