I am out enough to remember when a Spurs manager dared to concentrate on the only thing we could win and was sacked for it. And a new manager was brought in with a remit to compete on all four fronts.

I have to use every working day - I limit myself to calls and the odd text / chat message. But I have never had any desire to learn anymore of it, because I don't hate myself.

But then you meet someone who is a power user, assumes you know to use and invariably is a twat about it.
