I just saw it as well and read an article describing him going ’limp like a rag doll’ and that ‘blood was pouring from his neck’ so it was very violent. Scared me but I finished watching final fantasy that all I could think was “So is death going down the list.. or..?”

welp, saw the footage. if you're adverse to violence and/or blood (which is completely normal), definitely turn off autoplay and maybe just spend some time offline. there's zero need to "be tough" just to see that.

if you can, ask if they will eventually be adding needless shot ability. I have learned that some hospitals will have a gun of pressurize air. It also reduces the chance of bruising and helps the liquid disperse faster and more absorb easier. Good luck with both shots!
