When I visited El Salvador in 2015, I ended up hanging out with a team of FBI forensic accountants that were staying in the same hotel.

They had concluded that the gangs were controlled by a few extremely wealthy Salvadorans who used them for their own purposes including political manipulation.

This is an important story.

Bukele had special "arrangements" with the leaders of MS-13. They would increase violence before elections to make incumbents look bad, and then decrease to make the elected officials look good.

MS-13 = Bukele?

Cuomo will get some republican votes, but no democrats in NYC will vote for him.

I grew up in NY state. We don't have fond memories of Cuomo and the old school NY dems.

Keep in mind that only 27% of the eligible voters are registered as Republicans.

And to add to that, the Trump supporters are actually very diverse in their views and goals. They're held together by a leader, and without him, it all falls apart.

And now, even with him around, it's breaking up.
