It's also the world's mental health day, so it's important to talk about feelings and emotions regardless of gender and what they are and work on bettering ourselves and caring for each other in the spirit of harmony, love, tolerance and friendship.

Everyone should have mental health access.

I have been trying to get on disability since. A year later I started to caretake for my disabled child by myself as well. I had help previously but it wasn't working out and l've had to do a lot of it on my own, now I'm stuck in a situation where working isn't possible for my health and while I'm already caretaking for my disabled child that needs constant care. I did not ever envision this happening to me and have always worked hard to take care of my family but now I'm in what feels like an impossible situation trying my best to take care of my kids and myself so I can stay around for them as long as possible. Im not enjoying coming online asking for help but I have no where else to turn. I'm doing
