From what I've seen from other creators, it may just be a technical issue on Patreon's site that will be resolved (hopefully) soon again.
But yeah, I'd message support and see what comes of it. Crossing my fingers you'll have your shop back then!

One question: Do you use Patreon on your desktop or the mobile app?
A last thought: It may be temporarily deactivated for your Patreon (for whatever reason). Patreon is notoriously awful at communicating anything to its creators.

I mean, I've known Patreon to be buggy from, but I can't really explain why the Shop tab doesn't show anymore or you can't purchase posts 🤔
I've checked the posts too and I sure can't buy any wallpapers from you. I also can't find any settings in that regard that may accidentally have turned it off.
