For all French wine lovers, here is a nice event organised at the Hunt Museum this Thursday by O’Brien’s Wines Limerick. The J.M. Cazes family oversee several estates including the famous “wine geese” Château Lynch-Bages… French wine with an Irish touch therefore!

Created by French photographer Carl Cordonnier, FLOW explores the impact of rising waters in Ireland’s Shannon Estuary and France’s Baie de Somme, based on scientific forecasts from Climate Central and confirmed in Ireland by the Office of Public Works (OPW).

Marking the 10th anniversary of the Paris Agreement on climate change, FLOW is an artistic project taking place across the Shannon Estuary region from 2 to 31 Oct. This initiative combines photo, projection mapping, soundscape & workshops to raise awareness of climate issues & sea-level rise.
