I'm sad to see a lot of artists I know saying it's super hard to get sales. And it really is. So I wanna promote them here again.

Lin's tail is too small to do any spicy play with, but Hector and Seagram like playing with it.

Korin's tail is sensitive, so Khwezi loves teasing it while he's getting plowed.

Imagine taking all that focus that would be used making Protagonist A's skin hairs move...

...and using that to expand on mechanics and fun features that would get far less time and focus (and also less budget) than if you had a simpler, more fun style.

If you want to have realistic people in your work, that's fine. But is it necessary to have EVERY PORE visible? Sounds like excessive triangles to me.

And in my admittedly biased opinion, stylization offers more freedom artistically and gameplay wise.

It also uses less processing power.

Hyper-realism =/= good graphics

Not only is it a pointless practice only made mainstream to flaunt processing power and the ability to replicate "life", but it ages poorly visually, wastes resources, and makes gameplay clunkier if you animate the people "realistically" as well.
