All rental companies have government contracts. From what I can tell as a private citizen looking up VIN for ownership ends at the generic term Rental Agency. This statement is purely based on market share.

A majority of the rental cars used by ICE must be from Enterprise Rental or one of it’s subsidiaries Alamo or National. This conglomerate is 3 times larger than the next nationwide conglomerate. With our voice and wallets we can tell these companies to stop aiding ICE in kidnappings.

Imagine the embarrassment if the opposition were able to delay the construction till after the midterms or the next presidential election. Then he can be stopped from irrevocably changing the People’s House into a palace.

The building to replace the East Wing has not gone through the approval process so he could construct anything he wants currently. A TRO would in theory require the replacement structure to be reviewed by the relevant oversight.
