I often wonder if this is the underlying structure of my also complicated attachment style, or if its a product of it.
Either way, people are either very hard to connect/feel safe with, or very easy. The latter group is a lot smaller lol

This is all incredibly relatable.
I avoid asking for help in many situations, down to subconscious level, but in doing so i often activate The Defeatist. If i get stuck there, it clouds my mind of answers, in which (also subconciously) end up deferring to people close to me to make decisions or-

As somebody who has struggled with both, i feel like youre onto something. It feels like its a bit of snake eating self and experiences with one or the other can trigger the behaviors of the other

Re-child yourself / Re-wild thyself.
