Like I know they cut ICE a blank check before the shutdown, but the money *is* going to run out eventually and even if states keep sending in Income...nobody's there to collect it/process it...eventually security stops getting paid.

I mean, I get it. They've voiced this part aloud before (Grover Norquist's infamous "I don't want to abolish government, I simply want to reduce it to the size I can drag it into the bathroom and drown it in the tub" line), but...they get that when everything stop working it just...stops.
