Well I REALLY didn't like Season 2 but I liked Season 1 enough that I just bought it on BluRay ❤️ I wish I could also get the art book but it'll have to wait until I'm more financially stable

Reminder:

Check to make sure the games you wishlist on Steam aren't riddled with AI Slop.

Junji Ito Maniac: An Infinite Gaol is sadly packed with Gen AI trash and its broken my little horror loving heart

When my world is feeling heavy or I’m feeling on the verge of overwhelm, my go to is to put something good out in the world. Hoping I can brighten someone else’s day in return brightens mine. Closest thing I can provide to a hug via the internet.
I'm just waiting for an apparently alt-universe situation?? ❤️ I need it 🙏
Finally watching Arcane! I really enjoyed S1 but so far S2 is very meh. I'm only on episode 3. Maybe its b/c my favourite character died in S1, and my other faves are getting no screen time lol, I dunno. It just feels disjointed and there's no real conflict/stakes compared to S1 *shrug*
I haven't played ME2 in awhile and omg I forgot I put him in this outfit lmao
Omg my BS was so broken I couldn't even delete or comment on my own posts for a bit.
I tried uploading some Mass Effect sketches but Bluesky kept breaking them, I couldn't even comment on the post. Anyway, they're on Tumblr if anyone cares: gold0kapi.tumblr.com
Currently re-watching the movie Bright (the modern fantasy movie with Will Smith). I love this movie, but I hate streaming, so its extremely rare that I get to see it. I really, really, really wish streaming services would sell physical media too 🙄 Its so frustrating

The right to read belongs to all of us, but rights only survive when we defend them. ALA is standing with library workers, parents, and readers to push back against censorship. You can donate to support our work at ilovelibraries.org/1984.

Censorship is so 1984, but supporting libraries is so 2025.

All the autumn fits for the 4 "main" characters!
I'm happy that each character's fashion sense is shown through, kek
An artwork by Spindle of the character Asimov in 4 autumn outfits. From left to right:
- A somewhat see-through red top v-neck tucked under a belt with golden accents on her waist, and black leggings with cuts on the sides and the midriff.
- A 3 tone dress; white-ish base, beige sleeves, orange sides and accents, with black rolled-up pants, and leather boots with silver accents.
- Home fit, baggy yellow cardigan, white silk top, white underpants, and flip flops
- Yellow bow-tie on her head, white shawl with bluish/orange leaves pattern, and yellow accents, with a black turtleneck underneath. She's also wearing a blue-ish skirt with beige grunge. Her footwear consists of open sandals, and golden anklets an artwork by Spindle of the pink-haired bunny girl character, Felt, in 4 different outfits, from left to right:
1) - Formal outfit, her hair tied in a long ponytail with red ribbons. Red top with baggy sleeves, brass-coloured edges, with white floral patterns on the sleeves. Dark red skirt, black tight capri-pants with golden floral print, leggings and black flats with a golden trim. She also has red eyeliner and makeup.

2) - Her usual hair style with two braids on each side, deep red dress with a black "tiered dress" on top (idk what it's called, tiered dress according to google), and flowy criss-cross patterned layer under the red dress. She laos has beige boots with a silver floral pendant on.

3) - Outdoors outfit, hair tied up in a ponytail with yellow glasses, a white capelet with a red leaves pattern, red shirt underneath that extends to the fingers, green pants, orange boots with a white cap on the front.

4) - Home fit, short black blouse with an orange pattern, baggy orange pajama with green and reddish stripes, and pumpkin-themed slippers. an artwork by Spindle showcasing 4 different autumn outfits of Ottilie, from left to right:
1) Hair tied up in a bun, a black hairband with a golden trim, square golden earrings. She's wearing a half-sleeve green top with a white trim, a black belt with a golden accent (and a white curtian thing idk what to call it in the middle), and a knee-length beige and green skirt and shoes.

2) - Her usual short hair, with a yellow hairband and black pompoms. She's wearing a blue top with sleeve and side-boob slits, and baggy beige pants with white straps. Black and orange leather shoes.

3) - Short hair with a black hairband, orange oval glasses. She's wearing a black dress under an orange long cardigan. White thighhighs and green-ish boots with bunny ears and tail.

4) - Home fit, hair tied up in a messy bun, baggy green cardigan with a white trim a black bra, and a long translucent orange skirt with white socks underneath. An artwork by Spindle of the character Therese, a trans elf woman who has cyan hair. The artwork showcases 4 different autumn outfits (from left to right):
1 - Therese's hair tid up to a circular "bun", while the rest of her hair is down to her butt. She's wearing a white turtleneck, a golden diamond-shaped necklace, and a long beige skirt with a dark leaf pattern. She's also wearing brown boots with a silver accent.

2 - Therese's hair tied up in a big bun. Wearing a white croptop under a long see-through beige cardigan. Red pants with brass-coloured accents, and red leggings that end just above the ankles, as well as red flats with swirly openings.

3 - Same hairstyle as 1 (except without the floating accessory in the hair loop), she's wearing a black scarf, a white and beige checkered shawl with a diamond shape on the front, and a black top underneath. (only the sleeves are visible). She's wearing a yellow skirt with white accents and buttons, and black open heels.

4 - Home fit, hair messy and free. Wearing a multi-coloured capelet/cardigan thing (idk what it is lmao), a black "night gown" with an opening in the front, and red pants with slits on the sides on the bottom. She's also wearing pie-shaped slippers (That Felt made for her!)

after millions of views and shares of my Portland Frog art. (thank you all🙏🏾) I got requests to highlight priests, and chickens, and Chicagoans, and T-Rexes, and more… all of us who refuse to bend the knee. so this is for US.

I don't know if I can even work full-time outside of home, but I've done a ton of personal work over the past few months and I hope if I can just take it easy, keep at a steady pace, consider accommodations, maybe I'll be fine. Its impossible to say, and scary. Such is life I guess. /life update
I think a full-time "normie" job (hopefully in the sciences) will be best to keep me on track and not overdo it. I'll have to wait and see if I can sustainably do something like Patreon, comics, etc at the same time. (Also I wrote a book over the past few weeks, and am onto a second one...)
I've known since I was a kid that I probably have OCD, and my doctor put me on Zoloft in the past but I didn't like the meds so I quit. Its so mixed in with all of my other problems its whatever. But I WILL work myself to death (literally), so I need to be careful going forward with work, that's all
My main focus is finding a job. Once job is obtained, I want to formulate a balanced, healthy life with all of my accommodations. Turns out I most likely have OCD, which is the reason for being a workaholic, so I have to be extremely careful with work-related things, including if I return to Patreon
I'm currently reading "Sacred Economics" by Charles Eisenstein and "The Good War" by Seth Klein and I'm shookethed that a) things have sucked for a very long time, and b) we absolutely could fix it all if we really wanted to. Its both disheartening and uplifting
I haven't been in the mood to draw b/c of the state of the world BUT I've been reading a ton of books about economics, politics, history, lgbtq+, etc, and following tons of similar pages on social media and I'm feeling better with timelines full of smart, progressive people! There is hope (I think)

Shepard and Mordin reunited (Mordin survives Tuchanka)
I HAD to get up at midnight last night to draw Mass Effect fan art and cry at reaction vids, which broke my 2 month hiatus from drawing weirdly enough... I love these games
