✦ #SpindleLore tag i'll be using for when i share world/char lore, but also for general yapping

sometimes I look at other artists' works and fall in love with how good their storytelling is or how much character they put

I try to do that but sometimes I just look at my own characters and I feel inadequate and need to try to do more

one of the difficulties I had with this piece is severe lack of references, especially ones that show a person half way in the water, and the view being angled (not fully looking up)

It was basically a while bunch of intuition and just mixing and matching to get it right
