A lot of times when I’m working on a song I dread when I need to start coming up with lyrics, but there’s the occasional time where I feel like I’m on a roll once I can actually get started. Really excited abt the potential for how this one might turn out and getting some good work done this morning

Oh I know, there’s soooo many shows where they’re not at all bashful to be like “I can’t believe this many ppl showed up to a venue like this to listen to us make weird fucking music” and it’s just adorable
It’s so frustrating seeing ppl act surprised about this kind of stuff when there were folks saying the entire last election cycle that this is where they were headed
Sounds like we’ll be getting our first frost soon so not sure how much longer they’ll stick around for, but the marigolds were looking nice this morning
