Government Accountability Project endorses the #FairAccessToJusticeAct, which could offer timely relief for federal employees when MSPB stalls.

With MSPB’s backlog and the current government shutdown, swift justice for federal workers remains urgent.

Other federal employees who paid regular visits to detention centers, investigated tips about poor detention conditions, and prepared reports for Congress were removed, as DHS stated they were “internal adversaries that slow down operations.”

We filed a disclosure on behalf of CRCL employees who revealed that, by shutting down CRCL, DHS halted 500+ active civil rights investigations. Complaints included allegations of medical neglect, sexual abuse, targeting of Trump voters, and dangerous conditions at detention facilities.
