Be VERY careful which shipping method you use for your proxy goods.
If you use ECMS, proxy companies will charge you the tariff, HOWEVER, once it gets in the US, it gets handed off to 1 of 3 shipping companies for the final delivery (cont)

People probably think that ARPAsing is my favorite format for English given how much I use and talk about it. But really I prefer the X-SAMPA formats ( Delta, peYton, Salem, etc. ). I mostly use ARPAbet bc it’s a lot easier for newcomers to read, and it’s functionally not that far from Delta-style.
