I dont know. It hasn't scratched off of this (yet), and it has to have been painted for about a decade. It's also at the end of its life, and we will be replacing it when we have the money.

The vinyl siding on my house has been painted, Im not sure when, but it looks like its always been this color, until the parts where you see it used to be bright blue.
