Can't really pinpoint it. If I had had the words for it, late teens I would guess, but I didn't have the words for it then.

Then there were a few decades of Aha! -> Experiment -> Purge -> Repress cycling so I certainly knew then but refused to accept it.

Hahaha I know that feeling, I still have 154 days to go however so I've made it out of that initial dreamlike state. So now is the time to make stuff happen before I almost surely enter another panicked dream state closer to the surgery 🙃

Some times euphoria comes from the weirdest sources. I was refactoring my list of stuff I need to buy for the surgery recovery and just had a bit of a moment while looking at which sanitary pads to buy.
