Hahaha I know that feeling, I still have 154 days to go however so I've made it out of that initial dreamlike state. So now is the time to make stuff happen before I almost surely enter another panicked dream state closer to the surgery 🙃

Some times euphoria comes from the weirdest sources. I was refactoring my list of stuff I need to buy for the surgery recovery and just had a bit of a moment while looking at which sanitary pads to buy.

Personally I prefer soy milk (which sadly is worse environmentally). All the oat milk I have tried have a well, oaty, aftertaste. This works great if I am having it with oatmeal but terrible for tea.
