This guy at work very clearly wants to be my friend but I know for a fact he voted Trump three times. It takes a considerable amount of effort to not grab him by the front of his shirt and say 'Motherfucker, you voted for the guy who wants to put my friends, family, and loved ones in goddamn camps!'

Is this explanation fully canonized? I know the cyberpsycho missions in 2077 hint at it but last I checked, I'm pretty sure they were still sticking to the old version. It would be great if that were the case. Old cyberpsychosis is one of the reasons holding me back from really getting invested.

I'd like to think that even if he did not 'get it' he still did all that to make you happy. It might have been a slightly dense way to go about it since what you clearly wanted more was for him to engage with you art but it at least feels like he was acting out of a place of love.
