I assure you that even a not conventionally attractive photo does wonders if it suggests you have some sort of social life and interests outside wanting female attention.

To be clear: it is a ridiculous leap while he was hawking his book. "Biden was having rough days towards the end of his term but couldn't be dissuaded from running again until the debate" = "huh, I guess every attack on Hillary and Biden's health in 2016 and 2020 were in good faith, sorry."
