Morning walk with two 1/4 mile runs, my knee was sore. Trying to do more walking per my doctor so I do make it worse. I keep telling her I don't get the same endorphin high from walking, her response is the same 'do you want a knee replacement' 🤔🤦. Time to stretch & do squats. #Walking #MorningWalk

Morning run-walk on the trails, tried to a keep at 1.5 of running and .50 of walking. This run felt good but when I felt some knee discomfort I walked more. When I got to mile 3, a part of me wanted to keep going but I turned around.
