Thanks. I have dealt with the intrusive thoughts version of anxiety before, but this is my first time dealing with such horrible physical effects from anxiety.

It’s the worst I’ve ever felt in my entire life, and it seems unending (started about 3 weeks ago).

I just want it to end. 😭
