As long as EU do not protect our tech companies from foreign take-overs, they will be bought by the US mega corporations (and China), and keep EU in a US tech dependency paying US tech-taxes.

Excellent. We also need an EU alternative to Visa&Mastercard for payments in Eurozone, both debit & credit. The transaction costs has to be as low as on national cards.
Denmark should join the € now, to get the benefits of this, & so more competition means lower prices.
