Here's some info on the Equality Act. ... Basically, you'd only want to repeal this if you wanted to make things as difficult, painful and cruel for people – like you would if you were going to found a British ICE.

We need proportional representation ASAP.
Parts of the UK already use it for assembly and other elections, so there's no need for any commissions or referendums on it any more. Simply choose one of the PR systems already in use and introduce that system for Westminster elections.
