Sarah Margaret "Molly" Scott Cato is a British Green politician, economist and activist. She served as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for South West England from 2014 to 2020. From 2012, until her election as an MEP, she was Professor of Strategy and Sustainability at the University of Roehampton. Scott Cato speaks for the Green Party on finance and the EU, and is known for her work in the field of co-operative studies. She has published on green economics, localism and anti-capitalism, and has contributed to works on the risks of nuclear power, the use of which she strongly opposes. .. more

Brexit has blown a "black hole of [up to] £90 billion a year in the public finances" the party says. Even under lower estimates the hit is ~£65bn

Farage can now be easily boxed in to a corner where his only ‘defence’ becomes: “Yes I spouted Kremlin propaganda & Putin worship but, unlike Nathan Gill, I didn’t need bribes to do it.”
It is, once again, a question of whether interviewers have the temerity to shut down his whining obfuscations.

These people were responsible for the tragedy and in no way reflect the findings of the report or what we, as citizens, think about how our government performed

YouGov polling for @bestforbritain.org shows that most people intending or considering a vote for Reform are in favour of a wealth tax - which is Green Party policy

Nigel Farage & Richard Tice are, of course, vehemently opposed to taxing the ultra-rich whose interests they represent.
