INEOS is the 9th largest petrochemical company in the world, it invests in a football team (Manchester United) formula 1 team (Mercedes), invests in rugby, cycling, sailing.

Yet we the taxpayer have to stump up the cash to bail it out.
£240,000 per job to temporarily safeguard 500 jobs at a firm run by the UK's 7th richest person, an ardent Brexiter worth £17 billion.

Is it really worth it when firms that don't get a penny in government support collapse with greater job losses every few weeks?

Aw, man. Gil Gerard died. It's near impossible to be a Gen-Xer and not have grown up with him as a hero. A soap opera actor turned lunch box superhero, he absolutely dominated the late 70s as Buck Rogers. He was also Jake Rizzo on Sidekicks and many will remember him from THE NICE GUYS. Legend.

Bit confused by...

1. What land Venezuela has stolen from the US?

2. What oil fields the US deems belong to them?

3. How the US thinks the "biggest armada in the history of the galaxy" can surround a country that isn't an island?
It is international law 101 that a military blockade is not just a violation of the UN Charter, but a crime of aggression.

Unless that blockade is in response to an 'armed attack.'

None of President's Trump's list of complaints come close to an armed attack.

So is this basically #Trump taking credit for thier murder?

Certainly reads like he's proud of it.
Just a reminder that at least 600 Americans were fired for failing to show sufficient respect after Charlie Kirk's murder.

The White House is freaking the fuck out because Trump is getting more deranged and disconnected from reality and some minimal reporting on it is starting to happen.
Every part of this is bonkers. The intro is bonkers. The transition to his health is bonkers. The mention that other presidents didn't need cognitive exams is bonkers. The claim that this screening test is somehow hard is bonkers. The idea that criticism of him is treason is bonkers. All of it.

#Trump ramps up the Moscow rhetoric.

Hopefully European leaders grow balls and backbone and push back against the Russian asset in the White House.

Time America was treated as what it is, a rogue state.

So, doing a little research it seems the US Military has a history of bombing boats.

I know it was a war, and it was an enemy U-Boat, but it was rescuing people in the water and broadcasting its intentions.

Amazingly the pilots got medals for this.
