I don't play about these fuckin scooters. The people riding them - it's not even their fault. If they dumped it in our shared lawn (also fuckin hate lawns) or next to something else flammable it's because a dropoff station was too far from their destination.

Also the battery is more exposed and therefore more likely to explode in our extremely hot summers. These companies have less liability and therefore don't care about safe design.

At least drivers ed provides SOME training even if people suck at driving too. With these scooters it's just grab it & go no matter what. Then dump it sideways on some flammable plant life when you're done.

But also people ride them on the sidewalk w/o experience or helmets. And on the street is a danger to THEM so I get why they'd rather endanger walkers at a slower speed. Either way it's madness bc they don't know how to drive them. You can say that about cars but theres a gulf & ppl need a license.

I didn't want to show the entire photo with his face in case it's the wrong guy, but hundreds of people recognized the guy, and the tactic- maybe the car or license are not his or generated. Maybe I should post him, I dunno. I felt weird posting someones face due to only suspicion?

ICE agents are snatching people off the streets for no reason yet no one has been able to get law enforcement to simply document their experience with this guy because he was unsuccessful in committing a crime against them. God forbid LAPD ever protects and serves 🙄

If you are a woman or female presenting in the Valley look out for a man with glasses and this plate. Took it off a TikTok video in which LITERALLY HUNDREDS of women reported him asking for help moving a box from his backseat to his trunk with a fake bandage around his arm, something Ted Bundy did.
