Ofgem’s proposed energy debt relief scheme excludes heat network consumers, who were hit hardest by the energy crisis and aren’t protected by its price cap.

With Ofgem soon to be the sector's regulator, heat network consumers mustn't be an afterthought or sidebar in its work.
