Silent Hill f is a very ambitious game in a lot of ways, but you can also very clearly see where it faced some constraints or time limitations.

One of the bosses in the back half is just a reskinned base enemy. Also the game forces to fight one giant tanky enemy a bit too much.

I dislike a lot about how the main My Hero Academia show looks. It has a good production, but the actual visual language of the show is sadly very mediocre.

That said, the hard working folks at Bones did a really, REALLY good job with the composition and art with THE SHOTS of the episode.

Dealing with Mikadono Sisters Is a Breeze

Actually pretty fun little harem comedy show. Manages to avoid a lot of the pitfalls associated with the genre by having all the leads have concrete goals while also being a bit of a disaster.

Solid dub too. Emi Lo in particular does a great job.

Not fighting enemies in f, not all the time but a lot of it, feels incorrect. Side-stepping is possible, but considering how narrow some of these corridors are and how many enemies have jump/stun attack, just killing them feels both safter and quicker.

Silent Hill f is a good game that maybe would have benefited from less combat.

I'm not saying they needed to get rid of the combat, but rather refocus it.

Thinking about how the animators on the Black Clover movie said it was too hard to keep drawing all of Conrad, so a lot his scenes are from the waist/chest up. Drawing all those keys, man, it actually can't be done.

I feel like Charlie often has a firmer grasps on what's actually going on with clients than Pim does, but when things are about to go back, I feel like it's usually like usually 90% Charlie's fault.

New Digimon opening is a lot of fun. A lot of focus on lead alternating between being alone and have a lot of group shots. Interested in the villain gang briefly see at the end. Gives a good impression this will be more story focused than Ghost Game.

Also IBO has the distinction of having maybe the biggest shithead of any Gundam series. You had to be there to see the amount of "fuck this dude" energy coming from the fanbase. Truly immaculate levels of making a character who can't wait to see explode.

Bizarre to me that Digimon, a relatively smaller franchise can absolutely get an entire yearlong show, without breaks even, but Gundam can't get more than 2 cours.

Nah. Some remakes are pointless yeah, but some of these were genuinely hard to get ahold of and rereleasing them allows folks who missed em before to experience em.

I guess the real question to me is are they priced too expensively. Like the Final Fantasy Tactics remake shouldn't be $50 imo.
