... fast, with conservative members. Very pro corporate business and anti homelessness, fair wages, public places, etc.. Tech companies requiring people return to office IMO was to put a bunch of libertarian votes into the city limits, pushing out typical hippie votes. The turnout right now is ~17%.

Seattle's mayoral election. Washington state has been solidly blue forever that people just don't vote. Pathetic turnout. Last mayoral election got Bruce Harrell, who is corrupt AF and holds the opposite values of a stereotypical hippie Seattle-ite. The Seattle City Council has gone downhill.....
