In today’s #dnd session, Sir Turnip (as he took the Chef Feat) impersonated a top class cook “Brandon Ramseed” & smashed his Deception d20 check (we use Proficiency Dice)
He then added to this persona by swearing at the head butler, stabbing a pie & throwing a saucepan out the window

It really was a fantastic afternoon, playing #dnd with my little brother, like stepping into a Time Machine…

So…
My brother @claretnblue27.bsky.social came over, & we rolled up a character (he wanted a Viking type, so we went for a Ranger), then I explained all the basic mechanics & how #dnd works
We then ran a one shot where he fought hobgoblin raiders & levelled up
