Time for a new one, the recently released ‘Distorted Mirror’ (2025, CD) from DarWin. Following up last year’s ‘Five Steps on the Sun’, this is another superb release. Lots of the technical flair and incredible playing, but not losing sight of producing some great tunes as well. 😎👌

Such a fantastic album, and the complete sessions are an absolute wonder too. Miles cranking out fusion funk as only he could. Miles ahead of his time as usual 😎

Also have a Denon and stream Tidal via Bluesound Node. Have to say, CDs still have a certain sizzle to them. More depth and separation with quality stream, but I miss that spark
