⭕️ Al Jazeera Arabic and Ultra Palestine have shared the full text of the document outlining the implementation steps of the ceasefire agreement that came into effect on Friday.

**On Implementation Steps for Humanitarian and Relief Aid:**

1. A minimum of 600 trucks per day will enter Gaza immediately upon signing the agreement, in line with the January 19, 2025 deal.

2. These trucks will carry humanitarian and commercial goods, including 50 fuel trucks (diesel and gasoline) and gas for the private sector.

3. The weekly total will not be fewer than 4,200 trucks.

4. UN agencies, other humanitarian organizations, the Red Crescent, and relevant partner states will receive and distribute the aid.

5. Trucks will have freedom of movement between north and south Gaza via the Al-Rashid and Salah al-Din roads.

6. Priority in the initial phase will be given to food, medical supplies, shelter materials, clothing, and footwear. 7. Repairs will begin on water and sewage networks, as well as hospital, bakery, and road reconstruction.

8. The Rafah crossing will reopen in both directions, restoring the same mechanism as the January 19, 2025 agreement. Israel will prepare the crossing to enable the return of people from Egypt.

9. Coordination with the C.C.C. company will begin to restart the Gaza power plant and establish a mechanism for fuel financing.

10. Expansion of displacement camps across Gaza to accommodate the displaced and provide basic living needs.

11. Entry of debris-removal equipment will be allowed, with clearly defined tasks and scope of work.

🏥 Dr. Munir Al-Barsh, Director General of Gaza’s Ministry of Health, outlined several urgently needed steps to support the medical needs in Gaza.

“We demand justice, not pity,” he said. “The health sector is devastated and suffering severely after two years of extermination. The world must stand to work with our wounded and hospitals.”:

▪️ “We have a recovery plan prepared with the World Health Organization, and our staff are ready to implement it.”

▪️ 38 hospitals were destroyed, and only 12 remain operational. Fuel, electricity, water, medicines, and surgical supplies are urgently needed.

▪️ “We are in a hurry; time is passing, and people are dying in the streets.”

▪️ Direct supply corridors must be opened, and urgent medical missions — including surgeons, pediatricians, psychiatrists, and physiotherapists — must be sent. ▪️ Field hospitals must be established in the north, center, and south to relieve pressure. Over 17,000 patients need urgent treatment already approved by WHO.

▪️ “Children with cancer and deformities, women with chronic diseases — this is their right.”

▪️ Water and sewage networks must be repaired to prevent epidemics such as cholera, diarrhea, and skin diseases.

▪️ A program is needed to employ health graduates, technicians, and administrators to sustain operations.

▪️ Support is required for prosthetics, assistive devices, and rehabilitation programs to reintegrate people with disabilities into work, education, and society. Dr.Muneer Alboursh د.منيرالبرش via X (@Dr_Muneer1):
We are facing major challenges in the health sector and thousands of wounded are still in hospitals, while saving patients and restoring hospitals requires a long time… The occupation destroyed Gaza City’s hospitals including Al-Rantisi Children’s Hospital, Sheikh Radwan Clinic, large parts of Hamad Hospital and the Psychiatric Hospital… Thirty-eight hospitals were destroyed and only around twelve remain partially functioning with operating rooms, intensive care units and laboratories destroyed and severe shortages of beds, blood units and ventilators… There are power and water cuts and even clean water is almost unavailable in hospitals… More than 1700 health workers were martyred and over 360 were arrested… Medical teams are physically and mentally exhausted after two years of continuous work… Diseases have spread amid overcrowding and displacement with rising cases of skin infections and diarrhea and disruption of supply chains… More than 17000 wounded must be evacuated immediately and their names are approved by the United Nations… We have estimated our health sector needs at over 7 billion dollars… What is urgently required is to rescue the system by rehabilitating and reopening hospitals or establishing field hospitals, dispatching surgical missions, and supplying medicines, emergency and intensive care materials, chronic disease treatments, vaccines and antibiotics, and opening safe and permanent medical corridors… The

It's only the political classes who try to analyse or understand this. Most of us just see thick-as-shit racists. I don't buy this 'they're left-behind and angry' stuff; there's millions in poverty and millions more struggling financially - most manage not to be fucking racists.

Everything comes down to how serious Trump is about this. He's the only person who can prevent the Israelis restarting their genocide after they get their people returned. This time does seem different - including Trump's language, but of course the road to lasting peace and justice is a long one.

Excellent. Israel's actions do indeed reflect the geopolitical aims of the US - Israel is the US attack-dog in West Asia and the idea they act independently is laughable; underlined by Trump's 'He (Netanyahu) had no choice'. Conducting a live-streamed genocide can be nothing but a strategic disaster

All of a sudden you know what's happening in Gaza? Do you know that they're battling Israeli-backed gangs who - supported by Israeli quadcopters, are trying to kidnap medical workers? The Qassam Brigades are respected by everyone in Gaza - apart from the criminals and Israeli collaborators.

For the last two years the BBC has been living in a parallel universe to the rest of us and this article is no exception. The idea that Israel operate independently from the US is just fantasy - this genocide has been funded and armed by the White House. It's Biden & Trump's genocide as well.

This will be the World Cup where FIFA have finally killed the beautiful game on the altar of greed. Infantino became FIFA President largely based on the fact he managed not to fuck up the Champions League draws every year - now he makes Blatter look like a fucking saint.

Israel has carried out thousands of bombing raids since their 'ceasefire' with Hezbollah (who haven't retaliated once). They're like a junkie needing their next bombing fix, to prevent them becoming rational.

To be fair being a mass-murderer seems to be a 'peace' achievement given who some of the previous winners are.

I'd say it's only happening now because he sees the wind of change in the US voters attitude to Israel - especially in his MAGA base. The likes of Marjorie Greene Taylor & Tucker Carlson are to the left of most Democrats on Israel now. Our best hope he'll keep Netanyahu's feet to the fire.

The peace prize is a joke anyway. It should have been retired after Obama received it for mass-murdering poor people with drones rather than invading their countries. The latest recipient is a Trump-supporting neoliberal Zionist trying to sell out her own country for a few dollars.

Yet more whinging from the self-preservation elite. A mere 7% of the UK population go to private schools & refuse to 'integrate' with the remaining 93%.

Yet this minority comprise the vast majority of senior journalists & media, judiciary, senior legal profession & more. Very off-putting.
