Imho, it’s mostly the privatization of media voice driving the perception of a moving overton window. The racism is of course a problem, but if he was “one of theirs” politically you wouldn’t see the media institutions complicit in driving that narrative in the same way.

A lot of folks bash on their coworkers, probably for good reason. But honestly (and no they don’t know my handle here) i get to work with some really fucking smart and decent human beings. I have to say it is pretty awesome.
