You're right about the link between sporting events and junk food. 😯
My diet has been mostly plant based since 1991 as well. 🙂
I do eat fish when my body feels feels for it.
I'm not upset with anyone who enjoys a good steak, tho. 🙂

Interesting article.
What, perhaps, is the real solution, if any at all?
The article speaks of a plant based diet, which I am 💯 in agreement with, but then other issues arise.
Whatever we do, it just have to be in balance.

We don't shear our sheep..they do develop a heavier coat later in the year but it drops off naturally over time, which makes them look sheared.

Every kind of weather has its purpose.
When it's sunny we harvest, and when it's rainy, we plant.

We'll be doing some, ehem, plantain today. 😁 🌱
