Used for 'everything'. Mostly the leaves are steeped and taken for high blood sugar and as a detox.
As children we used to eat the seeds in the fruit. It has bright red pulpy seeds inside and they are sweetish.
We also call it lizard food because lizards like eating the fruit as well.
