Take it from someone who knows. If you’re overwhelmed, laughter is not the best medicine. Crying is. Put on a film you know will make you bawl like a baby and let go. It’s the only way to exorcise your demons other than putting them on paper.

A.I. feels off, like it’s too perfect for a human brain to comprehend. It’s like seeing someone without no eyebrows. You don’t realize it immediately but you automatically recognize that something isn’t right.

If any of my American followers take Excedrin, you should stop. It’s been banned in Canada since 2012 by the CFIA (our FDA) for inconsistent tablet weight, chipped or damaged tablets, and reports of palpitations after taking the recommended dose.

Seriously. They slip in innocuous charges because they know most people don’t ask for an itemized statement. One example I saw was fees for the toilet paper they used during a two week observation period.

If you needed to hear this, just know you’re not alone. I’ve had intrusive thoughts for over twenty years and they’ve always been fleeting and never amounted to anything. If you feel disturbed by them, it’s important to talk to a therapist about it. It always takes some weight off my shoulders.
