She/Her I like crochet, Gunpla, Magic the Gathering, and challenging people to dance fights, but then losing because I don't know how to dance. I don't even know why I keep doing it.

Antifa broke into my house, broke my microwave, called me a bitch then rented Minecraft on the TV 38 times, and insurance won't do anything

Issue one of Event Horizon Dark Descent

I actually have The Troop on my want to read list. The Deep sounds super interesting!

I definitely prefer his writing to his dads. My favorite of his is for sure Heart Shaped Box, I also love Locke and Key but those are comics

Haha same! I've struggled with the Fireman and Nos4a2. I feel like they are almost too Stephen Kingy for me. Which isn't a bad thing, but I just haven't been in the mood for that type of writing in quite a while

Oh I read the synopsis of House of Leaves and it sounds super interesting, I might have it a shot. Thanks!

Any other crocheters despise "The Teedo Ap," with a white hot passion?

I also love the fact they're wearing a T-shirt that has their own face on it

Eh, I'm old and barely go out anymore, and I'm super lazy, so it's not a huge loss

Going to a wedding today, I haven't worn my makeup in so long it had gone bad. 😭 My lip stain was still good though.
Me wearing a yellow dress, with my hair down and red lipstick.

Oh that sounds super interesting! I might check it out. I especially like the idea of it being multiple books.

I haven't heard about it, what about it appeals to you?

I want to read some horror books, I haven't read before in October. Does anyone have any good recommendations?

It makes me sad to feel like a game I've played off and on for 30 years lose its identity.

I know I'm an old woman yelling at clouds, and WOTC will continue to make infinite money, but selling my collection feels more right every day, cause if SpiderMan and FF sets can't engage me, no UB one will

Like I'm a HUGE Spiderman and Final Fantasy fan, and I just didn't feel engaged with the sets at all, I thought it was cool to see Terra as a card or story beats represented, but it was all lore I already knew. It was like a Family Guy Episode, all references and no substance.
isreallytwodogs.bsky.social
Then with the Internet, the cards were less important since you could read the stories online, but I would still get excited to open cards to see how they were represented. War of the Spark and the All in One story line was the most engaged I'd ever been in spoilers and made me excited for the cards
