Tonight’s dinner and desert consists of Chicken Fricassee and Bananas Foster a La Mode.

Chicken Fricassee in a green bowl. A braised chicken thigh with a creamy and herbaceous onion, garlic and mushroom cream with Chardonnay and chicken stock, seasoned with pepper, salt, thyme, and bay leaves.

Bananas Foster a La Mode. Banana slices caramelised and coated with a sauce consisting of brown sugar, butter, bourbon, cinnamon and vanilla extract and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and cinnamon.
