As a trans US citizen, good choice.

I'm lucky enough to be in a very liberal sanctuary state, so other than not feeling safe traveling, I'm OK. but things can change at any moment.

I think it means trans people CAN not visit the US. It sounds like the only 'fix' that would work would be to get all new documentation with either M or F on it.

Next step: the gender marked must reflect the gender assigned at birth.

Effective Oct. 14, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) systems will only accept “M” (Male) or “F” (Female) in the sex field of APIS transmissions.

In other words: Trans people should not visit the US.
