Yunnan Tengchong tea this morning. Less that $50 per pound (~250 cups). Bargain. Lovely lovely lovely. Large rolled dark leaves with golden tips, mild sweet notes among the angels dancing on the tongue.

Several times have thought a cordon sanitaire- blockade, only humanitarian aid like food and medicine go in. Until it's done. Okay if it takes a decade. First time thought of was after the 1973 war.

Always have slowest dictate pace. Possible if group large enough, split into onward and going back groups. Unless you don't have 2 sets of emergency equipment. Same for canoe trips.
Required: inspect everyone's gear/ food/water, those who aren't properly prepared don't come; physical condition too.

No idea. Aren't national guard and masked secret police soldiers? Are perhaps more like Freikorps, ie private paramilitary? But controlled by government so not so much. Maybe more like Pinochet death squads except they outsource / deport to other nations and don't kill directly.

Transitional Care Unit (waiting for long-term care) at City- also points to not focusing on care brought to older adults at home & homecare deficits

Yes, part of game. What's thought to be in it, is the "deal" re tarrifs. Don't think it's about not caring. Did recognize a Palestinian state whatever that is worth. Wonder about the cognitive dissonance required to play this sort of politics & how far conscience and truth can tolerate.

City Hospital has vacant floors last I checked. Correct plan would have been to put JPCP (Children's Hospital) at City.
But no, yxe, like everywhere needs to move so many non-emergency things out of hospitals into the community- maybe suburban malls or 35 year ago plan to co-use school space.
