The VelociPastor (2018) Review:

Gets a star past the average based on the name & pun of "man of the claw" alone.
It's a fun stupid watch, just don't let it be the only trashy spoof movie you see as it only scratches the surface of all the goofy gory ridiculousness out there!

I enjoyed it, but I preferred Arbor Day since it felt more like people doing the best they could with nothing, rather than being silly because they could, although both are valid!😄

Arbor Day (1990) Review:

The acting is awful & there's no story, however where this film excels is the gags & creative ways to do gore on a tiny budget.
I enjoyed this movie as much as any I've seen recently with 10x the money & resources behind them, and that's something to be celebrated!

The Ugly Stepsister (2025) Review:

Period satire about the beauty standards projected onto women that examines things from all sides and doesn't pull any punches.
There is a brutal realism mixed in with the fantastical setting & delusions that makes this as chilling as it is enjoyable!

I heard a magpie in my garden trees when I woke up and threw out a few nuts for it, only to have a squirrel hop down as soon as I turned to leave, I saw them out of the corner of my eye. They are clearly watching me, but they don't trust me! How can I earn their squirrel affection?!🐿️
